Ms. Eisenhauer joined the White House Leadership Development Program (WHLDP) from the Department of Defense (DOD). She is a resource-focused, results-oriented federal executive with experience leading teams at all levels. Ms. Eisenhauer most recently served as the Chief of Plans and Programming on the Army Staff overseeing the programming and requirements process for Cyber, Electronic Warfare, and Information Operations.
Ms. Eisenhauer started her career as an Air Force civilian management intern and Acquisition Logistics Specialist. Her progression included experience in the fields of budget, manpower, and strategic planning with the Air Force and Army. Her leadership positions included working as the Resource Management Officer for a Military Intelligence Group at Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe with the National Allied Treaties Organization in Belgium, as the Director of Resource Management for the Army Training and Support Center at Fort Eustis Virginia, and as the Budget Officer for the United States European Command and the Comptroller for United States Africa Command (both in Stuttgart Germany).
Ms. Eisenhauer is a graduate of Texas State University where she earned a B.B.A. She holds a M.B.A. from California State University and a M.S. in National Security and Resource Strategy from the National Defense University. She is also a graduate of the Federal Executive Institute and Harvard University’s Senior Executive Fellows Program.
As a White House Leadership Development Fellow, Ms. Eisenhauer will support the Cross-Agency Priority (CAP) Goal Developing a Workforce for the 21 st Century. Through her portfolio, she will seek to improve staffing processes, employee performance, diversity/inclusion, recruitment, and work on agency specific human capital topics.
